You do not need to have your own Learning Management System (LMS), we offer the content and the running of the content on our own LMS and provide you with frequent reporting, during our period of subscription.
  • Talent Management Outsourcing, performance management/objective setting, development planning, workforce planning, reporting and data insights … services we run using a talent management software. No need to purchase your own. We will work hand-in-hand with your internal Human Resource team.
  • Learning and Development – built on a foundation of blended learning, we work with you to come up with the building blocks of what is required during the learning journey and the best tools to use to ensure the best outcomes are achieved.
  • Consultancy Services – human capital strategy and organizational design, change management and technology roadmap design.

All our software is a solution as a service (SaaS). Based on what you need, our offerings can operate alongside what you have.
